We stayed in the Queen room which was nice and I had breakfast included which was decent but handy. The service was pleasant, warm and efficient. The location was perfect, the suite is situated in the centre of the city so it was ideal for travelling to the Bull Ring and the German Market.
Suite we stayed in very clean and comfortable, well equipped and quiet (on the 6th Floor). Good breakfast if a bit shambolic, buffet style so everyone trying to help themselves at the same time, but staff very quick if anything was required.
Along side this seating area designed for disabled persons. They allow you to bring food in but it's not to expensive so doesn't really matter. The facilities here are easy to get to and clean and the chairs are comfortable. Overall a good experience all round with friendly staff to support.
Very nice and well organised stadium. Really enjoyed but the only thing which I didn’t like was the food prices. Everything was so expensive. Small fish and chips costed me £15.
However, my experience was marred by the unprofessional behavior of the room supervisor. She barged into our room without knocking, and treated us like criminals. She did not apologize for her behavior, and I felt like my privacy had been violated. Barging into a guest's room without knocking is unacceptable, and it is a violation of the guest's right to privacy.
The gaming floor was busy and the atmosphere was excellent for a Friday. Had some food, where the prices were quite reasonable, and a real ale from the Bar.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, lovely clean rooms, the shower was amazing! The staff are all 5 star, I attended with my daughter and she was treated with such care and attention. Especially the breakfast staff, there was nothing they wouldn't do for us. Thank you for such a lovely experience.
The door could be unlocked so I am assuming that was the same from their side. A restless night ensued. Back to the ambience of the immediate surroundings...trust me on this, the view was like something from a run down bedsit in the Bronx. I slept here and that was about it. Couldn't stand to spend anymore time here than absolutely necessary. For £quarenta more than I paid I could have stayed in a 5 star hotel up the road. Certainly not worth what I paid, which was just short of £100. The breakfast was average, tables were not wiped (I did this myself) there were missing items off the advertised menu which was cheap and tasteless. Just about got through it. Certainly the worst hotel I have stayed in. Buyer beware!
Played a game of poker in the private upper cardroom, and was treated to chocolates as it was Valentines evening.
Drinks were great, and the breakfast in the morning was absolutely first class! Looking forward to staying again in a few weeks for the T20 Finals Day!

Having come from the Genting casino at Edgbaston where only 1 roulette wheel was open, it was a pleasure to see a casino with all games available despite it only being 3pm.
